They are warranted to be free of manufacturing defect and joint separation for a period of ten years after purchase subject to certain terms and conditions. The warranty covers any owner of the building or other structure in which the QuattroPost products have been installed. In addition, we offer prompt, courteous customer service. Our Synergy Pacific service team is on call to answer any questions that may arise, and we will provide complete product application, installation and warranty information.
