GO VERTICAL! - Synergy Pacific has developed a range of engineered, all wood architectural and structural framing members for use in column and wall applications. Our QuattroPost family of products are perfect for porch posts, deck posts, and interior/exterior decorative wood columns. We have the right product to meet the architectural appearance and cost specifications of most residential and light commercial projects.

All of our engineered wood posts are manufactured by laminating graded and moisture tested lumber utilizing the world’s finest molding, adhesion and pressing technology that meets ICC certification standards. The focus on quality control combined with the patented profile and manufacturing process ensures the post remains straight and will not twist.

Solid Lamina Columns:

Solid lamina QuattroPost products are for customers demanding the best and highest appearance product available. Synergy procures very high-grade appearance lumber that meets the structural standards outlined in our certification and each piece is individually graded and custom dried in one of our five on-site hot water kilns to ensure the optimal moisture content for the product. Solid QuattroPosts are laminated using a clear ASTM 2559 compliant polyurethane adhesive, thereby creating the appearance of a solid timber with all the benefits and stability that come with an engineered lumber product.

Finger-jointed Columns:

Finger-jointed QuattroPosts are specifically designed for applications where the final product is painted and/or where installed cost is important. These columns are manufactured with individually graded and moisture tested pieces of lumber prior to finger-jointing and face laminating utilizing an ASTM 2559 compliant phenolic adhesive.

Quattro^TM Post - Premium Knotty

When appearance is one of the primary considerations, there is no better choice than these premium grades. Our patented technology combined with painstaking colour sorting and lumber grading provides an unmatched appearance grade timber product. Clear polyurethane adhesives used in conjunction with our invisible corner seam means a finished natural wood, hollow square section that is truly impressive. Of course it is dimensionally perfect and 100% stable. These furniture grade timbers are ideal for exposed and feature applications. The preferred specie is Western Red Cedar. Allow 8 weeks for delivery.

Quattro^TM Post - Custom Premium

This grade is a perfect blend of high appearance properties and economy. When you’re looking for a ready to paint & install product with published load carrying capacity this is the ideal option. Available sizes are a perfect match for nominal dimensions and you will never have to caulk the invisible, absolutely square corners. We use high graded lumber species that are then carefully finger-jointed for a solid look under painted finishes.

Western Red Cedar

Whether your choice is a stain or paint finish, a surface that is rougher head, rough sawn or smooth on four sides, there is no better looking cedar post for exterior applications. Ideal and economical for deck posts and other outdoor projects, the QuattroPost even has a hollow centre for hidden wiring or irrigation lines.

RealPost^TM SPF QuattroPost

QuattroLam - Industrial

We’re aware of the fact that on some projects, economics are the primary concern. Our QuattroLam, laminated Douglas-fir species addresses this concern. This is an industry standard glulam beam made in 2,3 and 4 ply dimensions to fit with nominal 2x4 and 2x6 construction. Our high speed manufacturing processes and our ability to sort the ideal lumber grades means we can offer this product at a price that is competitive to the installed cost of solid sawn lumber. Essentially, we’re offering an engineered product (stronger & dimensionally stable) as a direct replacement to built up members or solid timbers at a very reasonable price. Typical applications are balloon framed or over height walls.
