QuattroPost - Custom Knotty is a perfect blend of high appearance properties and value. When you’re looking for a ready to paint & install product with published load carrying capacity this is the ideal option. Available sizes are a perfect match for nominal dimensions and you will never have to caulk the invisible, absolutely square corners. We use high graded lumber that is carefully finger-jointed for a solid look under painted finishes.

Western Red Cedar

Synergy Pacific produces high strength appearance grade engineered Western Red Cedar post, and is intended as a direct replacement to solid sawn Western Red Cedar timbers. Custom posts are kiln-dried and are produced as a tight knot grade. The Custom post is a substantially more economical alternative to the solid sawn Western Red Cedar equivalent.

Quality posts are made with finger-jointed lamina and are typically sold with an alkyd primer, although many customers also utilize these posts in a natural form. They are typically used in applications such as:

• Gazebos
• Trellis Systems

The products are all available in either a S4S or rougher headed finish and all posts are manufactured with bevelled edges.

RealPost^TM SPF QuattroPost

Available exclusively through Synergy Pacific’s marketing partner Woodtone Industries, the RealPost^TM is a primed, rougher head or smooth on four sides, exterior porch and deck post. It’s the perfect compliment to natural wood or composite sidings. The product line is available in 6x6 and 8x8 dimensions with standards lengths being 8, 10 and 12 feet.

RealPost^TM is a structurally certified column manufactured to ICC standards in our world-class facility. The product must pass numerous tests on lumber grade, moisture content, finger-joint strength, molding accuracy, adhesive performance and product strength in order to meet the ICC standards.

Woodtone coats each posts with an alkyd-oil primer in their high technology priming factory. RealPost^TM is available through building material dealers and wholesalers throughout the United States and Western Canada.
