Synergy Pacific produces a higher quality engineered Western Red Cedar, tight knot, solid (non finger-jointed) QuattroPost that is targeted at the user who prefers a more rustic, knotty appearance in a natural wood product.

QuattroPost - Premium are manufactured with the same kiln-drying and engineering principals of other QuattroPost products. They are made with higher grades of Western Red Cedar lumber.

Each piece of lumber is reviewed by our in house specialists prior to kiln-drying & during planing. The careful inspection continues after each subsequent process, kiln-drying, profile moulding and final lamination. This ensures a product that meets our highest standards.

The Premium posts are manufactured in a special single post press that allows our staff to control the quality of each and every post individually. All lumber is sorted to ensure the superior appearance aspects of each post. In order to achieve a virtually invisible seam on the Premiums , Synergy utilizes only a premium, clear polyurethane adhesive that meets the ASTM 2559 standards.

The QuattroPost - Premium laminated wood columns are delivered, perfectly finished to preserve their natural finish. They are intended for owners that insist on the beauty of wood in their environment. Premium posts are in essence, an architectural element for your home and not simply timbers.
