Synergy Pacific understands the necessity of delivering quality building products to clients and end users. Whether
the product is decorative or structural, a rigid quality assurance program is followed through the entire process, from inbound
fibre to finished goods. The quality programs in place at Synergy Pacific exceed industry standards and are closely monitored
regularly by accredited third party auditors.
Synergy Pacific has obtained and currently maintains evaluation report NER-703 for
QuattroPost Columns with ICC Evaluation Services, Inc (ICC ES). ICC ES is the leading and most respected evaluation agency
in the United States for innovative construction products. The organization is also well known and respected in international
circles. This fact leads to widespread acceptance of the QuattroPost by building authorities at state and local levels. Only
products that demonstrate strength and durability properties in excess of that required by the most common building codes can
successfully obtain an ICC ES evaluation report. Another requirement to obtain an ICC ES evaluation report is a stringent
quality assurance program that employs the services of an accredited third party auditor.

- Our manufacturing facility in Armstrong, BC, Canada is closely monitored by an internationally accredited third party inspection

- We maintain a rigorous in house quality control program to ensure the compliance of products. Routine testing includes destructive
and non destructive methods for verification of structural and durability properties.
- All QuattroTimber products are made from 100% natural, meticulously kiln-dried, wood products. As such they must be accorded
the same surface protection and post installation maintenance considerations as required by code for other wood products of
the same species.
- Synergy Pacific employs some of the most sophisticated adhesive products and processes that are currently available to the
industry. When cured, these adhesives are totally inert, and waterproof. Our certification requires that our glue joints, after
extreme accelerated weather testing remain stronger then the natural fiber within the wood.
- The product assurance systems and in house test lab are operated by a highly trained technical staff and overseen by a professional
engineer, employed by Synergy Pacific.
