Stephen Tolnai, Vice President - Sales and Marketing

Stephen has over ten years experience in the forest industry in both Canada and New Zealand. His depth of experience across forestry, primary production and the value added industry is complemented with a Masters of Wood Products Marketing. Randy Toop, Quality Control Manager

Randy has 20 years experience as a Journeyman Carpenter and as a Project Supervisor in residential construction. He has 8 years of management experience in wood products manufacturing, and has a diploma in Building Technology from BCIT. Randy manages HR, Safety and quality at Synergy Pacific. Stephen has 20 years experience in the wood industry. He has extensive knowledge of raw log harvesting and the manufacturing of engineered wood products.
